Calari Legal

Terms of Service, Refund Policy & UPL Disclosure

By accessing or using Calari Legal (calarilegal.com), operated by Calari LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Texas Unauthorized Practice of Law disclosure, and our Refund Policy.

1. Self-help software disclosure (Tex. Gov't Code § 81.101(c))

Calari Legal is a self-help legal technology and document-preparation software platform, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or formal legal representation, and we are not affiliated with TexasLawHelp.org, eFileTexas.gov, or any Texas court.

The information and automated formatting provided by Calari Legal are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed Texas attorney. All pleadings, statutory calculations, and exhibit indices are generated automatically from user-supplied inputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing your documents for accuracy, complying with local county court rules and standing orders, filing with the district clerk, and arranging proper service of citation.

2. Acceptable use

3. Practice passes, pricing, and refund policy

Calari Legal offers one-time practice passes: the Texas Adult Name Change Fast Pass ($49), 24-Hour Emergency Pass ($49), 7-Day Sprint Pass ($99), 30-Day Active Workspace ($199), and Lifetime Studio ($499). Passes unlock unwatermarked PDF court packet exports for the stated duration from the time of purchase.

Because Calari Legal provides immediate digital document compilation, Bates stamping, and downloadable court-formatted PDF packets, purchases are generally non-refundable once an unwatermarked export is unlocked. If you experience a technical error that prevents document compilation or PDF download, contact support@calarilegal.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.

4. Limitation of liability & contact

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Calari LLC provides the software 'as is' without warranties of court outcome or clerk acceptance, and Calari LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your practice pass. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. For support or billing questions, email support@calarilegal.com.
